DO NOT swallow this tab or you are wasting your time/money. Suck on this and wait for 45 minutes, if its taking too long, chew it very thoroughly and let it dissolve in your mouth.5. Each lunch and then take RK+ to help curb future hunger for the next 4 hours. Ive discovered this product helps tremendously, for short periods of time and you can only take 2 a day, so use them wisely when you know you over-eat. For me it is at night, so I save them for later in the day.6. Dinner time, take CBE, GCE, GCE, once again wait 45 minutes and then eat.7. I wait for at least an hour or two and then take my final RK+ to really make sure I can go to bed without feeling hungry.Notes:You MUST wait the 30-45 minutes before eating. It all taste great, you will only spend $3-5, and very few items have more than 400 calories.Using the RK+ effectively and strategically for YOUR body when you need it most will help you not eat as much food, and that of course saves you a lot of money.I eat no less than 1500 calories a day. (1200 if female). If you do not eat at least this much, guess what, you arent losing weight again.BREAKFAST, EAT ENOUGH CALORIES, WAIST BAND w/ MODERATE EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR AN HOUR, this can be very effective overall plan. Lost ten pounds the first week, second week my body leveled out a bit, but I am still looking at a loss of 2-3 pounds. My goal is just to lose 2-5 pounds every week and I think this will be very successful in the long run.

This is truly been one of the product I've used long term with promising results. The first month I used this product I did see results and I never weigh myself anymore so I can't say how many pounds I lose. I only go by how my clothes feel. After a month, along with a clean diet and exercise I felt my body's shape was changing. My legs were looking leaner and as long as I was faithful about taking my 3 capsules at least 30 minutes before my meal. My saddle bags were leaning out and I noticed more belly fat disappearing. This truly is a fat loss product, not just weight loss product.. You will notice faster results with a clean diet and exercise. Don't fool yourself...let's be real. There is no magic pill that will do it all for you. This will still work without diet and exercise but it will take you longer and you want to be firm and not saggy weight loss skin. I promise!

If you are reading this review, you've probably done your research regarding Garcinia Cambogia, and know of its many benefits, and know that the supplement should contain only Garcinia Cambogia, potassium and calcium. NatureWise delivers just that. I recently went to a popular vitamin/nutrition chain store, and found their product contained several other ingredients that contribute to its having sugar, sodium and fat - and 20 calories a dose. They claim their product is "all natural" and contains no sugar, but that doesn't add up when you read the actual nutrition details. Again, there should be nothing but the three ingredients listed above.After doing my research on Garcinia Cambogia, I bought it through NatureWise, and have had nothing but good experience since. I received the product three weeks ago. To my surprise, inside the package were uplifting and sincere-sounding inserts from NatureWise. There was an offer to receive a free bottle of whatever product was ordered from them, if you felt it was helping you. After taking the Garcinia Cambogia product for two weeks, I had pretty great results. I don't get on the scale, and I don't measure myself, but if I had to guess, I'd say I'd lost about 8 pounds - going by how my clothes fit, and how I looked in that horrible thing called a mirror. I really did lose a significant amount of weight in two weeks - for just taking this product, but I'm not sure that is typical. Just saying... I think you need to take this product for awhile - 2-3 months before you really see results, so don't get discouraged if you don't lose eight or so pounds like I did right away. I think it affects people differently, and we all have different things going on with our bods. Belly fat melting away with Garcinia Cambogia! I really love this product and will continue to use it to complete my goals. I don't believe you can eat whatever you want and not move, I do believe that this product helps you to eat less and have the energy to move more and the fat loss results will encourage more clean eating and fitness efforts, this product is just as much a part of my fitness as my gym shoes and yoga pants!
